By using this website, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old (or supervised by a parent or guardian if under 18) and legally able to enter into a contract.

🔹 2. Services We Offer

OnlineTutors connects students with qualified tutors for:

  • Online tutoring

  • Home tutoring in select regions

  • Test prep (e.g., SAT reading, MCAT questions of the day)

  • Subject-specific support (e.g., maths, science, English)

We serve students globally, with a strong presence in the UK, US, and Pakistan, offering affordable tutoring by verified, professional tutors.

🔹 3. User Accounts

To book or deliver tutoring sessions, you must create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete info

  • You’re responsible for maintaining your login credentials

  • Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

🔹 4. Session Booking & Cancellation

Tutors and students must follow the agreed schedule and cancellation policy. Sessions canceled:

  • At least 12 hours in advance: No charge or full refund

  • Less than 12 hours: Non-refundable (see our Return & Refund Policy)

OnlineTutors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen issues, with notice.

🔹 5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made upfront for individual sessions or packages

  • Prices are listed in the currency of the region (USD, GBP, PKR)

  • OnlineTutors may offer limited-time discounts or packages

We use secure third-party payment processors. OnlineTutors doesn’t store your payment details.

🔹 6. Code of Conduct

Tutors, students, and parents must:

  • Treat each other with respect and professionalism

  • Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Use OnlineTutors only for legitimate tutoring activities

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any misuse of the platform.

🔹 7. Tutor Verification & Responsibilities

All Pakistani tutors and other global educators on OnlineTutors go through a screening and onboarding process. However:

  • Tutors are independent contractors, not employees

  • Tutors are responsible for maintaining the quality and legality of their services

  • Tutors must comply with all local education regulations

🔹 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, videos, logos — belongs to OnlineTutors or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

🔹 9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to connect students with the best online tutoring UK and global tutors:

  • We cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes

  • OnlineTutors is not liable for third-party issues, session disruptions, or internet failures

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services used
